Everyone’s favorite Japanese sponge cake is now available in a recipe book for the first time! With only a few ingredients such as flour, eggs, sugar, and honey, castella is the perfect snack to make at home.

In order to make it easier to make at home, we have created a simple recipe that can be made with only two eggs in a pound cake mold.
